Exceptionally nice and convenient location close to a classic covered bridge, met needs. Besides, it was just next door to Waterville Valley and Colonel Spencer Inn and a music festival was being held.

The room is well-organized and fairly clean. Enjoyable breakfasts with syrup, granola, and local products, including coffee. The staff are great and friendly, we loved them. The hotel has a nice and absolutely perfect location in the area with a quaint New England experience.

This beautifully decorated hotel occupies a historic building in the historic style. The venue provides an enjoyable breakfast with local products including coffee, American coffee, and granola. Their rooms are always spacious and airy with a good bathroom and twin beds.

The location was nice - close enough to local restaurants and sights of interest in New Hampshire as well as Boston. Again, the hotel was at a moderate distance from White Mountain National Forest.

The location is marvellous and charming, close to a classic covered bridge. The inn is within walking distance to the common areas, a music festival, and is conveniently located for exploring New Hampshire and Boston. The food was appetising with plenty of alternatives.

The rooms were well-appointed and a nice size with a good bathroom. We appreciated a wonderful and delicious breakfast with syrup, a tasty baked egg dish. Peaceful location close to many local attractions was a plus.

The beds here are incredibly comfortable and the location is perfect, being near a beautiful covered bridge and close to the White Mountains and Franconia Notch with lots of local attractions to explore.

Amazing host, delicious baked goodies, small and quaint room, own bathroom, beautiful historic house.

    Absolutely nothing.

The complimentary cookies and coffee were good. The location was convenient as it was near the main road. I also appreciated that there was ample parking space for guests.

My Easter weekend stay was not enjoyable. The room was cramped and had a weird smell.

The complementary breakfast and free parking were good. the location was great for accessing the nearby mountains and lakes. the history of the building was interesting.

The owners were not very welcoming and seemed disinterested in helping guests. the room was small and outdated, and the bathroom was cramped.
